Local legend has it that the name of this lovely home is due to the "fertility" of the settlers who lived there after the war.

Indeed, it seems that after the birth of the seventh child the locals jokingly appealed so the peasants who lived there.
Beyond the legends is an old structure, the hillside Saint Lucia, overlooking the estate with a splendid view.
